Out-of-box, Znode supports multiple Product Types; Simple, Bundled, Grouped, and Configurable Products.

Product Types
Type | Description |
Simple | Simple products get associated to a single SKU. Simple products can be used to build Grouped, Bundled, Configurable or Add-On products. |

Grouped | Grouped products are several SKU's that have been associated together. Customers can choose to purchase one, more than one, or all of the SKU's associated together. Think of a Grouped product as the SKU multiselect list. |

Bundled | Bundled Products work similar to Grouped, except the associated products can only be purchased as a bundle. |

Configurable | A configurable product is a single product with multiple variations. Each variation is a unique simple product. Inventory is tracked by the SKU of the simple product for each variation. |

Add Products
PIM > Products > "Add New" button
Note: Products Must be Associated to a Category before they will appear in your Stores.
- Product is saved with initial information.
- Complete Product Details ("Product Info", "Product Settings", "Shipping Settings", and "Image" sections) before using the "Save as Draft" Button.
- The initial information you captured during the product creation process is determined by the Product Attribute Category, Product Type, and Product Details.
- Product is finished by editing product properties.
- Editing reveals new sections to complete before a Product is finished.
- Product must "Activate" ( Tools > "Activate") before they will appear via Stores. Products can also be enabled during Product creation.
Add Grouped Products
Note: Group Products are made up of multiple Simple Products. Create any Simple Products to be associated with a Group before creating a Grouped Product.
- Add Grouped Product Details, making sure to select "GroupedProduct" as Product Type.
- Save progress using the "Save as Draft" button. The page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- Navigate to the "Grouped Products" tab and associate Products to Group using the "Associate Products" button.
- Publish Product using the "Publish" button. The Page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- New Grouped Product is now added.
Add Bundle Products
Note: Bundle Products are made up of multiple Simple Products. Create any Simple Products to be associated with Bundle before creating a Bundle Product.
- Add Bundle Product Details, making sure to select "Bundle Product" as Product Type.
- Save progress using the "Save as Draft" button. The page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- Navigate to the "Bundled Products" tab and associate Products to Group using the "Associate Products" button.
- Publish Product using the "Publish" button. The Page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- New Bundled Product is now added.
Add Configurable Products
Note: Bundle Products are made up of multiple Simple Products. Create any Simple Products to be associated with Configurable before creating a Bundle Product. Configurable Products also require configurable attributes. Make sure the Attribute Family used to create the Configurable Product has at least one configurable attribute enabled.
- Add Configurable Product Details, making sure to select "Configurable Product" as Product Type. You will be asked to select Configurable Attribute(s) of the chosen Attribute Family.
- Save progress using the "Save as Draft" button. The page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- Navigate to the "Variants" tab and associate Simple Products with the specified configurable Attribute to Group using the "Associate Products" button.
- Publish Product using the "Publish" button. The Page will reload with confirmation of your action.
- New Configurable Product is now added.
Editing Products
PIM > Products > "Edit Action"
Note: After you've saved a product for the first time, you'll have access to more in-depth product customization areas the next time you edit it. Specifically, fields for Personalization, Custom Fields, Add-On Groups, You Might Also Like, and Frequently Bought.
- Edit Product details
- Save progress using the "Save" button.
Delete Products
PIM > Products > "Delete" action
- Page will reload with confirmation Product has been deleted
