Admin > RMA Configuration
In the RMA Configuration section of Znode, Administrators can create Global-level configurations about how RMAs are managed.

RMA Configuration Details
Detail | Description |
Maximum number of days RMA can be requested after order completion | Maximum number of days RMA can be requested after order completion |
---|---|
Enable Email Notifications | Enable to provide Customer with Email updates. |
Returns Department Title | Name of Department Receiving RMA from Customer |
Customer Service Email ID | Enter valid Email ID for RMA Customer Service |
Mailing Address for Returns | Enter the mailing address where the customer must ship their Product with the RMA form. |
Shipping Instructions | Enter instructions for Customers RMA, such as packing, shipping, etcetera. |
Update RMA Configuration
Admin > RMA Configuration > General-level
- Update RMA Confirguration Details
- Save progress using the "Save" button. Page will reload with action confirmation.
- RMA Configuration is now updated.
Reason For Return Details
Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level
Detail | Description |
Name | Enter the Name for the reason as appears to Customers |
---|---|
Enable | Select Yes to enable Reason For Return. |
Add Reason For Return
Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Add New" button
- Update Reason For Return Details
- Save progress using the "Save" button. Page will reload with action confirmation.
- Reason For Return is now updated.
Edit Reason For Return
Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Edit" action
- Update Reason For Return Details
- Save progress using the "Save" button. Page will reload with action confirmation.
- Reason For Return is now updated.
Delete Reason For Return
Admin > RMA Configuration > Reason For Return-level > "Delete" action
- Page will reload with action confirmation.
- Reason For Return is now deleted.
